1. Acceptance

This learning management system ("Platform") is operated by Tukiendorf Training Institute ("TTI," "the Institute," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

Accounts are provided to students, instructors, and staff of the Institute for educational purposes. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or allow others to use it. Notify the Institute promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, course-related purposes. You will not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, course, or system; disrupt or interfere with the Platform; upload malicious code; harass or impersonate others; or violate the Institute's academic-integrity and student-conduct policies. Coursework you submit must be your own.

4. Course Content & Intellectual Property

Course materials, assessments, videos, and other content on the Platform are the property of the Institute or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not copy, distribute, publish, sell, or share Platform content outside the Platform without written permission.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

6. Suspension & Termination

The Institute may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, the student handbook, or applicable law, or upon completion or withdrawal from a program.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Institute disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform and, where required, will prompt renewed acceptance.

This Privacy Policy explains how Tukiendorf Training Institute ("TTI," "we," "us") collects and uses information on this learning management system ("Platform").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information you or the Institute provide: name, email address, and program/course enrollment.
• Coursework and academic records: assignment submissions, quiz and exam attempts, grades, and progress.
• Usage and technical data: log records, access times, IP address, and browser/device information, used to operate and secure the Platform.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to deliver instruction, track academic progress, communicate with you about your courses and account, maintain security, and meet the Institute's recordkeeping and regulatory obligations as a licensed training school.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: with your instructors and Institute staff who support your education; with service providers who host and operate the Platform on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; and as required by law or by educational/regulatory authorities (for example, the Illinois Board of Higher Education).

4. Educational Records

Academic records maintained on the Platform are handled in accordance with the Institute's student records policies and applicable law.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information on the Platform. No system is completely secure; please protect your credentials.

6. Retention

We retain records for as long as needed to provide education, comply with the Institute's recordkeeping and regulatory requirements, and resolve disputes.

7. Your Choices

You may review and update your profile information in your account. You may manage which notifications you receive under Preferences > Notification preferences. Certain messages required to operate your account (such as password resets) cannot be turned off.
